Arizona Country Club (AZCC)

Arizona Country Club, a Private Member only Country Club, is seeking a Part Time Year Round/Country Club League Swim coach. The Arizona Country Club Year Round Team offers members the opportunity to get involved in USA Swimming, in a small intimate team setting. Excellent opportunity for new coach or a coach wanting to be part of a close swim family. The coach will also assist with our Country Club League swim team. You will be part of a team of three coaches, delivering our Members the best experience possible. Hourly rate, plus a commission based on number of swimmers. Pay is commensurate to experience. Coach will be required to have or to obtain necessary certifications and must be in good standing with USA swimming. This position will be responsible for 2 hours of coaching Monday- Thursday and Saturday mornings, meet attendance as planned, and admin work. The Coach hired, will also have the opportunity to teach private swim lessons and may get extra hours lifeguarding if desired.

 

Responsibilities Include:
Coaching Age Group Swimmer (ages 5-14)
Develop a Season Plan
Supervise Practices and swimmers in the pool area
Attend Swim Meets as planned
Assist other Coaches as needed
