Meet Bid Edits

Submit exactly what will be on your meet flyer. Information submitted will be published on the AZSI calendar.

Select the time standards for the meet. For example, if you're bidding an A/B/C meet, select Arizona Swimming Time Standards and A/B/C. If you're bidding an AZSI Championship Series event, your choices will be limited to the appropriate required time standards. *No Time Standard (NTS) meets may only be selected for Intrasquad bids or meets that are deemed introductory / developmental in nature by the Technical Planning Committee.

The above mentioned Group Member hereby submits its bid to host the above mentioned meet. If the meet bid is part of the AzSI Championship Series, we understand that we are the co-host of an Arizona Swimming meet and as such AzSI has the final say as to terms and conditions including but not limited to, time standards, meet name and meet art work. We recognize that this bid may not be accepted by the Technical Committee and or the Board of Directors of Arizona Swimming. Should our bid be accepted, we agree that we shall be bound by the general terms of this Bid. We further understand and agree to obtain the appropriate sanction etc in the time frame set by Arizona Swimming. We acknowledge that should we not obtain the sanction etc in a timely manner, the acceptance and related sanction may be withdrawn and awarded to other Teams. After the bid calendar is approved by the BOD I will be required to submit the sanction request form and meet flyer to sanctions@azswimming.org.
