- All Meet Marshals report to the Meet Referee who will assign Marshals with specific instructions; per rule 102.11.4
- The Meet Referee must concur with removal of anyone from the venue
- The Meet Director and pool personnel, security etc. are responsible for the actual removal of the offender at the direction of the Meet Referee
